Each of our home décor pieces is custom-made with attention to detail. As a result, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or buyer’s remorse.
To help you order with confidence, we recommend carefully reviewing all product information and measuring your space in advance to ensure the item fits your home’s size and style perfectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, we’ll take care of it. Please review your artwork within 24 hours of delivery and contact us at info@arohaus.ca with clear photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
Although refunds are not available, we may be able to offer an exchange in certain cases, subject to the specific circumstances and product availability.
